Instructions to DOWNLOAD your file.

You will need the user name and password we sent to you. 

There are two methods you can use:

Using Windows Explorer

Go to "Start" -> "All Programs" -> "Accessories" -> "Windows Explorer"

Copy the following into the address bar:
        ftp://williamscontrol.com@216.251.43.98

Click "GO" (or hit "Enter")

After entering your information in the login box, your file will be displayed.  Copy the file to your computer.

Using your browser (requires entering password info twice)

Before starting, copy this information or print the page.  The ftp link should open a new window, but if it doesn't, you will not be able to view these instructions.

Enter your information in the login box.  The ftp root directory will display (and you should see your file in the directory listing).

Select "Page" (or go to Internet Explorer menu "View") and select: "Open FTP site in Windows Explorer".

You will probably get an FTP Folder Error message.  This is normal and is due to certain constraints Microsoft builds into IE.  Click OK to close the message box.

Go to the menu bar and select "File" -> "Login As"

Enter the same username and password you used in the first login. 

After the second login you should be able to copy the file to your computer.
